Walk In The Park pieces are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted works made individually by Sam. Because each item is unique, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund at point due to change of mind, unless the piece is faulty.

Some pieces may include minor natural cracks that Sam has carefully filled as part of the crafting process. These are considered natural characteristics of the material, not faults. We always aim to provide detailed photos before purchase whenever possible.

Exchanges may be offered for items of the same value, or the price difference can be issued as store credit.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
