We use a tracked courier service, and a tracking number will be provided once your item has been dispatched.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
International
While NZ Post remains our primary international shipping provider, we now also offer an EXPRESS shipping option — a faster and more secure alternative.
Please note that the express option will not appear in the standard shipping selection at checkout. Instead, we've added a separate field where you can indicate your shipping preference.

We are not responsible to pay customs duties for international orders. If the value of your purchased products + shipping is over than the limits of the each country’s customs policy, you may be charged a customs duty. Please look up your customs policies before purchasing the item.
Please check your parcel’s status occasionally so that you don’t miss your delivery. We do not cover the re-delivery fee if the parcel gets sent back due to your late collection after you missed delivery and the parcel went to a local courier depot.
