We use tracked courier. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

We can not send to PO addresses. Please provide a physical address that someone can receive the parcel.


International

While we are still keeping NZ Post for as a main international shipping service for us, we also provide Fedex service, which is a much faster and safer option. We recommend to upgrade to Fedex service if you would like to receive items within a week once you have ordered. However, additional charge will be applied. The Fedex option will not be coming up when you are choosing a shipping option, but I have made an additional field to choose your shipping preference.  So please make a payment with NZ Post shipping rate when you checkout, then we will get a quote for you ASAP if you chose the option that you would like to get a quote for Fedex service. Or send us an email or message us. We are more than happy to provide a shipping quote for you.

We are not responsible to pay customs duties for international orders. If the value of your purchased products + shipping is over than the limits of the each country’s customs policy, you may be charged a customs duty. Please look up your customs policies before purchasing the item.

  • Please check your parcel’s status occasionally so that you don’t miss your delivery. We do not cover the re-delivery fee if the parcel gets sent back due to your late collection after you missed delivery and the parcel went to a local courier depot.
