Important Update for EU Customers
We recently received notice from our courier partner of important changes affecting shipments to some European destinations. As a result, we're currently unable to send orders to the following countries using our standard shipping service:
Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Bulgaria, Latvia, Croatia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Czechia, Malta, Denmark, Netherlands, Estonia, Poland, Finland, Portugal, France, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Greece, Spain, and Hungary.
At the moment, we can only ship to these destinations via DHL Express while NZ Post updates its system to support the new customs requirements.
For now, we've removed these countries from our website, so customers in these locations won't be able to place orders online. However, if there's a piece you've had your eye on, please get in touch. We'd be more than happy to help arrange an order for you.

Important Update for US Customers
As of 29 August 2025, the United States has introduced new tariffs on most items from New Zealand. Shipping prices shown for US customers now include an adjustment to cover current US import tariffs and duties. The costs are calculated at checkout and already include any applicable duties, tariffs and courier processing fees for both DHL Express and NZ Post / USPS services.
There should be no additional charges to pay on delivery. We’ve done this to make checkout clearer and to avoid unexpected fees once your order arrives in the US.

New Zealand
We use a tracked courier service with NZ Post, and a tracking number will be provided once your item has been dispatched.
International
While NZ Post remains our primary international shipping provider, we now also offer an EXPRESS shipping option — a faster and more secure alternative.
Please note that the express option will not appear in the standard shipping selection at checkout. Instead, we've added a separate field where you can indicate your shipping preference.

If you've selected the express shipping preference, we’ll obtain a quote for you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible to pay customs duties for international orders. If the value of your purchased products + shipping is over than the limits of the each country’s customs policy, you may be charged a customs duty. Please look up your customs policies before purchasing the item.
Please check your parcel’s status occasionally so that you don’t miss your delivery. We do not cover the re-delivery fee if the parcel gets sent back due to your late collection after you missed delivery and the parcel went to a local courier depot, or non-payment of duties and taxes.
Our default shipping option is signature required. We can send items without signature at the customers request, but without signature, we can not take responsibility if items are lost or stolen.
If your building has an ATL (authority to leave) to override the signature required (some apartments etc have this) & your package is stolen, we are not able to take responsibility for it once it has been delivered. If a package delivered with ATL is stolen after delivery, this is a police issue for the receiver to file a report of theft.
